• Field Operations Data: GPS coordinates during job check-in, uploaded job site photos, customer sign-off names, and signature images.
• Billing Details: Subscription identifiers processed securely via PayPal. We do not store raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use operational data solely to deliver the core service — generating work orders, verifying technician site arrivals, storing proof-of-work receipts, and facilitating subscription seat management.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your operational data or client contact details. All data is stored in isolated tenant relational databases protected by HTTPS encryption in transit.

4. Data Retention & Export

Company administrators can export full operational logs, check-in history, and completion records via CSV at any time through the Reports module.
