Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Zextrix Field Operations Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Subscription & Active Seat Billing

Zextrix operates on a monthly subscription model ($29/month per active technician seat). Subscriptions auto-renew through PayPal unless canceled prior to the billing date. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your PayPal account dashboard or company settings.

3. Operational Use & Geolocation Logging

The Service processes GPS geolocation tags, photos, and digital customer signatures submitted by your dispatched crew. Company administrators are responsible for ensuring field technicians consent to location capture required for job verification.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Zextrix is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised passwords or unrevoked user seats.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zextrix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Zextrix be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime or loss of job data.
